The way I use mine is by applying some serum first and then I use the roller on my face. I recommend putting this device on a lower level when using for the first time. It is not painful at all, but does cause a tingling sensation. After two weeks, I feel like my face get accustomed to this device, then I increase the level setting. Now I am used to this treatment I can do it twice every week. My skin looks less dull and feels plumper and more defined.

I've had this lifting bandage for a month now & I noticed a difference after about 2 wks. While my double chin isn't completely gone at this point, it is noticeably less prominent & my face doesn't look (or feel) so close to my neck. This helps with keeping my airways more open, as well. My face looks a tad bit more svelte around the jawline & my neck looks a little longer. I'm a chunky woman but, again, the changes are noticeable enough. I do some chin exercises (stretching my chin forward several times) while wearing this; I've also slept while wearing it. Just make sure it's comfortable on your ears & the top of your head. I'd definitely recommend this!
